Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

 Aqua-Jet collects personal information from when you make an enquiry (by post, fax, e mail, website, telephone or conversation with one of our team or fill in an account application form.

Aqua-Jet collects personal data so that it can enter into the following business activities:

  • Providing and managing your account
  • Supplying our products or services to you. Your personal details are required in order for us to enter into a contract with you
  • Communicating with you. This may include responding to emails or calls from you.

Sharing of Personal Data

Personal information is kept for the duration of your time as a Client and can be kept for a period of up to 10 years.
